Haohao Workout Privacy Policy

Haohao Workout (“the app”) is built and maintained by an independent developer. The app is designed to run entirely on your iPhone: your workout data stays on your phone and is never uploaded or shared.

1. Summary

• No account. No sign-up, no login, no phone number or email.
• No personal data collected. We have no servers and never receive your data.
• No ads, no rankings, no social. The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
• Read-only health access. The app only reads workouts from Apple Health to display them. It never writes to or changes your health data.

2. Data the App Reads

With your permission, the app uses Apple’s HealthKit to read the workouts your Apple Watch saves to Apple Health — for example workout type, time, duration, distance, pace, heart rate, and the route and weather recorded during a workout.

This data is read and displayed only on your device, to power the heatmap, comparisons and personal bests. It never leaves your device. You can change or revoke access anytime in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Haohao Workout.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The feeling notes you write are saved in the app’s local storage on your device only. Deleting the app deletes them.

4. Maps

When showing a workout route, the app uses Apple’s map service (MapKit). Map loading is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy; we never receive your location or routes.

5. Feedback

If you contact us through in-app feedback or email, we only use what you choose to send us to reply and improve the app.

6. Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect personal information from anyone.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
