By downloading or using Framely (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

The app is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute or resell the app, or use it in any way that violates the law or the rights of others.

2. Your Content

The app only processes videos you choose from your own photo library, and all processing happens on your device. You keep all rights to your videos and the photos you export. Please make sure you have the right to use any footage you process, and respect the rights of content owners.

3. Intellectual Property

The app’s design, code and branding belong to the developer and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property.

4. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Results may vary depending on your device, iOS version and how third-party platforms process images (for example, re-compression).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
